Schedule and activities:
Typically 8:30 a.m. start on Saturday mornings. Leave from the north door of the SDSU Wellness Center. Run followed by 30-minute yoga session in Studio A. (Check SDSU Wellness on facebook for weekly information on RunYo! details.) Contact:

Schedule and activities:
6:15 a.m. Wednesdays - Larson Hill, Larson Ice Arena (stairs and loops), mile repeats. Workouts that are NOT road miles. Workouts are 45-55 minutes. 1:05 p.m. Thursdays - Coughlin Campanile. Up and down the stairs.

Schedule and activities:
6 a.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, meeting at Hillcrest School. Sometimes a long run on Saturday or Sunday but that is determined by who is around. Contact:
